Rural Practice. 16500 patients 7 partners 5 employed part time GPs
Independent Nurse Practitioner required minimum 30hrs (Experience Practice Nurse with extended prescribing considered) Grade according to skills and experience
General practice experience is essential. Daily Minor Illness and Triage clinics are an important part of this role. Responsibility for Nurse Team Management Optional.
Chronic Disease Management qualifications preferred. Special interests welcomed and further training is supported.
